Community Guidelines

• Everything you post, comment, upload or link to is your responsibility alone — not Capichino's. We don't check posts before they go live.
• If something you post breaks the law or someone's rights, you personally face the consequences, including any legal action, fine or claim.
• When in doubt, don't post it. If you don't own it or don't have permission, don't share it.

You must not post, share or link to content that:

• belongs to someone else and you have no right to share (copyright, trademark);
• is obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, or invades someone's bodily privacy;
• harasses, bullies, threatens or insults anyone, or targets people by religion, caste, gender, ethnicity or similar;
• is harmful to children;
• impersonates another person or brand, or pretends to be us;
• is knowingly false or misleading, including deepfakes of real people meant to deceive;
• promotes gambling, money laundering, violence, terrorism or other illegal acts;
• threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, public order or friendly relations with other countries;
• contains viruses, malware or links to phishing or scam sites;
• shares someone's private information (phone, address, ID documents) without consent;
• is spam, fake engagement, or misleading advertising;
• breaks any law currently in force.

• Label AI-generated images as AI creations.
• Don't create sexual or humiliating images of real, identifiable people.
• Follow the terms of the AI tool you used. Whether you may share or use its output is between you and that tool.

• Only genuine products. No fakes, replicas or counterfeits of branded goods.
• No illegal or restricted items: weapons, drugs, tobacco or alcohol to minors, prescription medicines, wildlife products, stolen goods and similar.
• Use your own photos or photos you are allowed to use, and show the actual product.
• Prices and claims must be honest. No fake discounts or false health claims.
• Links must go to a real product page — no link shorteners hiding scam sites.
• Disclose paid links. If you earn commission, got the product free or were paid, turn on "Affiliate link / paid partnership". This follows the ASCI influencer guidelines and the Government of India endorsement guidelines.
• No spam: don't flood the feed with the same product or links.

• We may remove the content, limit your features, or suspend or permanently close your account — at our discretion, depending on how serious it is.
• Repeated or serious breaks lead to a permanent ban.
• Where the law requires, we report illegal content and share account information with the authorities.
• Removed content, closed accounts and lost followers are not compensated in any way.

You can also contact the Grievance Officer on the Grievance page. Please report honestly: false or abusive reports are themselves against these rules.
